Recurring service is for households that want consistent upkeep on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. We focus on maintaining a steady standard of cleanliness, and we aim to keep the same trusted team whenever possible. As-needed cleanings are also available for clients who prefer occasional service.
What’s Included (Recurring)
- Dusting of surfaces, furniture, and décor
- Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and staircases; mopping hard floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (showers/tubs, toilets, sinks)
- Wiping down kitchen counters and sinks; exterior of appliances
- Emptying trash, light tidying and straightening
- Washing dishes (if left in the sink)
- Changing bed sheets (please leave clean sheets on the bed)
Initial / Deep Cleaning & One-Time Cleaning
For first-time clients, we typically begin with an initial deep cleaning to bring the home to a consistent baseline. Deep cleanings are also available as one-time services for seasonal resets or homes that need extra attention.

- Vacuuming and mopping all floors, carpets, and staircases

- Wiping woodwork with soap and water (baseboards, doors, frames, sills)
- Wiping down blinds
- Inside oven and inside refrigerator cleaning
- Changing bed sheets (please leave clean sheets on the bed)

For initial, deep, move-out, and post-construction cleanings, we charge hourly because the time required can vary by home size and condition. After the initial deep cleaning, recurring clients receive a set price based on frequency and upkeep needs.
